Terms and Conditions
Service Description
This service provides professional Dungeons & Dragons game master services, including session facilitation, adventure creation, and game management. Sessions may be conducted in-person or online, with in-person sessions strongly preferred.
Payment Terms and Refunds
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking
- For group bookings, one payment covers the entire session
- For individual bookings, each player pays for their seat
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the session receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Player Behavior and Code of Conduct
All players are expected to:
- Treat all participants with respect and kindness
- Respect boundaries and safety tools (lines and veils)
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Complete the player questionnaire before the session
- Arrive on time and be prepared to play
- Communicate concerns or discomfort appropriately
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the session without refund. The game master reserves the right to remove any player who creates an unsafe or unwelcoming environment.
Boundaries and Safety
We use safety tools to ensure a comfortable experience for all players:
- Lines and Veils: Players set boundaries about content they don't want to see
- Questionnaire: Pre-session questionnaires help us understand player preferences and limits
The following content will never appear in our games: sexual violence, explicit sexual content, or content that violates player-set boundaries.
No Guarantee of Availability
While we strive to accommodate all booking requests, we cannot guarantee availability for specific dates, times, or group sizes. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after payment is received.
Liability Disclaimers
By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge that:
- D&D is a game of imagination and storytelling
- We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during sessions
- Players are responsible for their own conduct and decisions
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Agreement
By submitting a booking request, completing payment, or submitting a player questionnaire, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
- You agree to abide by the Player Code of Conduct
- You understand the payment and cancellation policies
- You consent to the use of safety tools and boundary-setting processes
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with booking or payment.
