About D&D for Corporate Team Building

What we offer

We provide a fun, engaging and memorable experience that uses Dungeons & Dragons as a vehicle to help your team collaborate, build relationships, and solve challenging problems. Our experienced Dungeon Masters deliver structured, professionally facilitated sessions designed specifically for corporate team building. We offer one-off or recurring sessions.

No experience is required. We handle setup, rules guidance, and facilitation so your team can focus on collaboration and fun.

The setting of the game be a typical fantasy Dungeons & Dragons world (unless you want something different, which we can accommodate), but the themes and challenges are designed to deliver real team-building value and can be tailored to your team's specific needs.

Options

• —One-shot or multi-session games — A single session (typically 4 hours) for a self-contained experience. Multi-session campaigns are also available if desired.
• —Tailored games — Speak with our experienced Dungeon Master ahead of the game to discuss specific themes or challenges that are relevant to your team, and the Dungeon Master will develop a custom game designed to address those needs (without being "on the nose").
• —Dungeon Master Insights — Aspyre D&D has Dungeon Masters who have extensive experience working in corporate organisations (and in some cases, still do). This has included roles focused heavily on creating or improving team cohesion and collaboration to increase team productivity. If you like, you can engage our Delivery Manager to come to your office and interview the game participants, as well as key stakeholders they work with, in order to understand first-hand the challenges they face and opportunities for improvement. If this option is selected, then in addition to the D&D game, the Dungeon Master will provide a report on their findings, and recommendations for ways the team can achieve better outcomes.
• —Destination D&D Games — Often, the easiest place to hold a D&D game will be a meeting room in your company's office. However, the option is available to hold the game in a more exciting location anywhere around the world across multiple days. Ever wanted to play D&D in a castle in Scotland or on the coast of Spain? We can help make that happen. If this option is selected, then it would be up to you how much Dungeons & Dragons would be played each day, and the Dungeon Master will customize the game to match the available time.
