How it works

1. Submit your initial booking request (this form)
2. We review your request and prepare time options
3. You receive an email with available date/time options
4. You select your preferred time and complete the detailed booking form
5. You make payment to confirm the booking
6. Each participant receives a questionnaire to complete before the session
